SEMIAHMOO KIDS KAMP INC (Semiahmoo Kids Kamp Inc)

Observation

A two year old was injured while playing on an unsafe outdoor ("bouncy castle") equipment and appears there was lack of active supervision that may have prevented the injury requiring medical attention. Staff in charge was inside at the top of the bouncy equipment assisting children get prepared for sliding down. Staff were not able to promptly assist and redirect the child as necessary when using an unsafe outdoor equipment. Child positioned herself to go head down first and staff did not orrect the position.
